Getting airport pickup sorted was a hassle since our driver couldn't find parking!!! It felt unnecessary to get charged for another taxi while waiting for a driver who couldn't reach us!!! Housekeeping could be better at replacing essentials without needing to ask!!!

The location is fantastic. most historical sites around Centro Histórico are within walking distance. The hotel boasts a stunning rooftop with breathtaking views of Zocalo.
